Each of the 8 spacious bedrooms has a king bed, ensuite bath, private patio, its own ac unit and large flat screen smart TV. There are two chairs in each of the 4 living rooms that each pull out into single beds that are designated for kids use only. The condos are perfectly located in Placencia Village, close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants in the Village, yet on a private and quiet street without the traffic and noise, typical of most other properties in the Village.

Each of the 4 units has been professionally decorated and furnished inside and out with all the comforts of home. Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, large flat screen smart TV's in living room and each bedroom, fully air-conditioned, cable TV & high-speed internet, outdoor gas grill and covered outdoor balconies on both the sea and street sides of the units. There is a rooftop living area which is a great place for gathering. The place is amazing with infinity edge pool, custom made metal shade structures and is fully furnished with high end pool furniture, lounge areas and dining tables. It also includes an outdoor kitchen and bar overlooking the ocean. The panoramic ocean and mountain views from the roof top deck are incredible.
