It’s a quick 10-minute ride to Maya Beach and only 25 minutes to Placencia Village, accessible via the included 6-seat gas golf cart. For those of you who haven’t visit this magical piece of land, Belize is a vibrant paradise where pristine Caribbean beaches meet lush jungles and Mayan ruins. It is a great tourist destination offering a different glimpse to coastal life.

Life at South Gull Villa flows seamlessly between indoors and out. The expansive pool deck and covered patio are the heart of the home, where guests can lounge by the large swimming pool, dine alfresco at the outdoor kitchen, or sip cocktails by the bar while enjoying the sea breeze. Just steps from the villa’s private beach, hammocks sway beneath coconut palms, while kayaks and paddleboards invite adventure on the water. The property’s layout is designed to maximize sunshine, ocean views, and relaxation.

Inside, the villa offers bright and airy living spaces. The open-concept living room and dining area provide plenty of room for gathering, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, and modern appliances. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen when the culinary wave hits or rely on the deliciously prepared meals by our villa chef, three days a week. The villa offers five bedrooms and each of them is designed for comfort, featuring air-conditioning, high-quality linens, and charming garden or sea views.

South Gull Villa ensures a carefree stay with dedicated on-site caretakers living in separate quarters. Daily maid service, beautifully maintained grounds, and the option of a private chef preparing meals three times per week allow guests to relax into full vacation mode.
