A large heated plunge pool on the upper level overlooks the sea, while the ground floor showcases a spectacular party pool surrounded by a spacious sundeck. Guests can gather under the thatched beach palapa for shaded dining or enjoy meals from the outdoor kitchen, complete with a gas rotisserie and flat-top Plancha grill. From the lounging deck, step directly onto the sand where a private 153-foot dock with boat platform, covered palapa, and sundeck stretches into the turquoise sea.

Inside, Kairos Villa features soaring ceilings and expansive windows that flood the interiors with natural light. The main living room is a warm and inviting space with plush seating, entertainment areas, and access to a pool table and wet bar, making it ideal for evenings with family and friends. A dramatic staircase and rich wood details add character, while the villa’s tasteful décor creates an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. The villa houses four bedrooms, distributed across different floors. The eat-in gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas range, oven, microwave, and filtered ice maker. Seating for 10 makes it ideal for shared meals, while a large pantry ensures every detail is covered.
