This three-story custom beachfront estate features five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, designed to accommodate families or groups in comfort. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while two more are situated on the second level, each with private ensuite bathrooms. A fifth bedroom includes four single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. The interiors are fully air-conditioned and outfitted with high-end appliances, stylish furnishings, and modern finishes.

The villa’s crown jewel is its expansive rooftop deck, complete with a refreshing pool, built-in bar, and entertainment space. It’s the ultimate place to lounge in the sun, sip cocktails, and watch breathtaking sunsets over the Caribbean horizon. Multiple balconies and terraces throughout the home further enhance the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Outdoors, the villa boasts its own private sandy beach where guests can relax on loungers, play games, or launch kayaks and paddleboards provided on-site.
