This recently remodeled custom concrete home features four spacious bedrooms spread across three levels, each offering sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. Accommodating up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children), every bedroom is designed as a private haven, complete with a king-size bed dressed in luxury linens, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and modern ceiling fans for ultimate comfort.

The heart of the villa is on the second floor, where you’ll find the open-concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, tropical décor, and large windows that frame panoramic ocean views. The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, wooden cabinetry, and a central island with bar seating, making it ideal for shared meals and gatherings. Adjacent is the bright and airy dining area with direct access to a wide, covered balcony overlooking the pool and sea — the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Step outside to your private pool deck and enjoy Belize’s warm tropical climate surrounded by palm trees and uninterrupted beachfront views. The rooftop terrace offers an additional lounge area with with amazing 360-degree views of the ocean and the jungle.
