This stone villa, with its terracotta roof and pale green shutters, features an outdoor pool and large terrace with uninterrupted village, mountains and sea views. The furnishings are a fusion of traditional locally sources products as well as contemporary international designers including Ralph Lauren, Roche Bobois, Maxalto and B&B Italia. All of the art and sculptures are original and locally sourced.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Choose from four stunning double bedrooms furnished with bespoke furniture, luxurious bedding and unique design pieces. All have fabulous mountains and village views with ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a free-standing bath and separate shower. There are two bedrooms with locally made four poster beds and two further bedrooms that can be made up as double or twin beds. On the ground floor you’ll also find a cloakroom just off the hallway and outdoor shower room with toilet.

Living Rooms:

The main areas are open plan and spacious, brimming with natural light. Subtle neutral tones and relaxed seating create a fresh, contemporary feel. Interiors are a charming rustic-chic mix including designer pieces by Roche Bobois, Ralph Lauren, Decorus, Cherner Chair Company and Maxxalto. Open fires in both the living room and kitchen keep the house warm and cozy in the chillier months. The living area has comfy sofas and a magnificent vaulted beamed ceiling, a relaxing room the ‘chill out’ in. The spectacular ‘Stelle’ chandelier by Barcelona Design casts an impressive glow over the double-height ceiling in the hallway. There are a few dining options to choose from – guests can dine under the magnificent Kevin Reilly ‘Altar’ chandelier which is suspended over the Andrianna Sharmaris teak butterfly kitchen table, or ‘al fresco’ on the covered terrace dining area for long balmy evenings under starry skies.

Kitchen:

The large open-plan kitchen and outdoor Weber BBQ are the places for cooks to get creative. The kitchen is well-equipped with state of the art Miele appliances including induction hob, double oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and larder fridge and freezer. The utility room has wine storage and an extra fridge and freezer. Large double doors conveniently open out from the kitchen on to terrace dining area.

Guests can choose from different terraced areas which surround the villa and swimming pool. Sun loungers and comfy chairs are well placed so you can enjoy some shade under parasols. Olive and Cypress trees surround the pool, whilst a burst of pink bougainvillea creeps up and over the stone walls of the villa. Add to this, fragrant Orange and Lemon trees and you have a truly relaxing outdoor space to enjoy. Visitors can enjoy the outdoor pool with swim-jet or sunbathe on the stone terraces. There’s an outdoor shower room, perfect to use after a dip in the pool or to cool down whilst basking in the sun. With the breathtaking vista and tranquil surroundings the hubbub of everyday life is soon forgotten within the villa’s perfect enclave.

If you’d rather leave the culinary creations to the professionals, our concierge service can arrange for a private chef. Enjoy the freshest of Spanish ingredients including locally sourced meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and herbs. Or, if you can tear yourself away from the villa’s haven there many restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep, including many with Michelin stars. And if you want to rejuvenate your body and soul, a local beauty therapist can be arranged to visit the villas and make you a relaxing body or facial massage.

With the world-class 5 star ‘La Residencia Hotel’ virtually on your doorstep, guests can access their restaurants, Spa and tennis facilities. A couple of minutes’ walk and you will discover the winding village streets crammed with fantastic restaurants, unique shops, art galleries, potteries and an idyllic church perched on the hill.
