In the village of Deià, this beautiful stone house is at walking distance from all the local tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and the historic local church. Main house: 180m2. Accessed through the terrace you enter the living area on your right equipped with two large white sofas, sofa table and fire place. Left is the open pan kitchen and dining area with table and chairs for 8 people. Grounds: enclosed garden with private heated swimming pool (on request), sun chairs covered dinning and seating area, BBQ and upper level terrace.

Master bedroom 1. Four poster bed king size bed, on suite bathroom. With 2 sinks, WC and shower.
Bedroom 2. Double bed. Bathroom with sink, WC, bath and shower.
Bedroom 3. Double bed. On suite bathroom with sink, WC and shower.
Bathroom downstairs with sink and WC.

There is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room with usual fixtures.

Open plan living room with sofa and tea table in front of chimey. Large flat TV screen with satellite TV, Music System for iPod. Dining room off of living room on different level separated by 3 stairs, seating area and table for 8 and open to kitchen.
