Calming Seas is a three-storey villa luxury vacation rental in Praia dos Tremoços, Algarve. Decorated in a classic Mediterranean style in subtle tones of blue, white, silver and green, it comprises 5 spacious bedrooms - three downstairs and two upstairs – each with king-size double bed, en-suite bathroom, lounge and terrace. The master suite downstairs features its own lounge and a large bathroom with its own outdoor tropical rain shower. The villa includes a main lounge, dining area, a study corner, two full-size kitchens, extensive gardens with gazebo, poolside patio and a rooftop panoramic sun terrace with shower and barbeque area, making it ideal for outdoor living and entertaining.

Calming Seas features remarkable designer décor and art pieces, such as a beautifully sculpted glass mirror, an exquisite light blue leather bureau, a unique wall-to-wall photo print, African artefacts, white and black mother of pearl planter pots from Vietnam, Gaggenau, and SMEG kitchen appliances, spectacular mirrored bathroom tiles, and DEDON fashionable outdoor furniture, amongst other unique features.

Calming Seas has been decorated and furnished with some of the world’s leading names in decor, furnishings, fittings, accessories and home entertainment, including 65´ LED Smart TV in the living rooms, 55´ LED Smart TV in all bedrooms, all equipped with 3D, internet, YouTube TV, Apple TV, Nonius, Blu-ray DVD players and mobile Geneva speaker docking stations throughout the villa. Bathroom amenities include exclusive Claus Porto soaps.

Calming Seas is located on the cliff-top, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the view is astonishing and can be appreciated from all aspects of the villa – the bedrooms, the main lounge, the gardens, the terraces and the pool. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk to the resort’s secluded beach and the hotel itself.
