The first floor features a living and dining room with access to a covered terrace, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and 1 with tub)

From the first floor there is a spiral staircase going to the tower double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The holiday villa provides incredible 360° views over the Ligurian sea and the town of Levanto. Several terraces provide ideal spots to sunbathe and relax soaking up this superb, marine landscape. It’s the perfect vacation getaway for a truly unique and memorable experience.

The Villa Preia is situated in a pedestrian area, a few minutes’ pleasant stroll on the seaside promenade to the center of Levanto (400m). It’s a very popular tourist destination in Liguria, with an extensive beach and many shops and restaurants, known as the doorway to the amazing Cinque Terre. You can easily catch a train to discover all five villages of the Cinque Terre or choose to hike there along the panoramic walking trails.
