Set on the highest point of his hills, the three-level house affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle. On the grounds, there’s a sea-view terrace, a solarium and a secondary terrace with access to the kitchen suitable for dining. Hidden away, yet very close to the town centre, this estate offers five bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans. The estate includes 3000 square meters of private grounds, gardens and private property.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a modern style. The strong composition and architectural concept resemble classic modernism, with a nautical design that suggests a ship at sea. From the smallest constructive detail up to the proportional rhythms of the modular units, this villa recalls the love for Euclidian geometry.

The interiors include a spacious living room, a dining area with sea view, a well-equipped kitchen with to and outside dining table. The interior of the property measures 200 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 8 adults, 1 child (from 2 to 9 years old. Best used for 8 people, total.

The kitchen has been constantly restored and features a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, fridge and gas burners. It features all the tools for cooking, including pots and trays. It has direct access to the living and to the outside dining area that is always the preferred one for breakfast because of the shaded exposition.

Nestled on a 3000 square meters parcel overlooking the seawater coastline, this villa features a private entrance to the sea, platform for sunbathing and landscaped terraces. Set amid a lush olive grove, palm and agaves, it also comes with parking space for three cars. Built in the 1980s as a family holiday home, the house is now in the capable hands of the second generation. A small collection of rare modernist pieces including Panton, Breuer, Sapper, a divider by Franco Albini, chairs by Werner Panton and Marcel Breuer, a marble table by Dino Gavina, and lounge chairs belonging to the family since the 1920s are in the villa.
