Hidden away, yet not far from the town centre, this villa offers six bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics, and furnishing. Set meters from a characteristic rocky beach, to which it has private access, this two-level house is built on the edge of its gentle hill and placed in one of the most desirable parcels of the island. Internal and external spaces are designed with refinement with the aim of making guests experience an unforgettable Sicily time: the estate boasts views of the small islands of Levanzo and Marettimo, and it’s located only a thousand metres from the famous Cala Rotonda beach. On the sweeping grounds, there’s a solarium area with umbrellas and sunbeds, just right next to the entrance to the beach, whilst its panoramic alfresco areas are the ideal place to relax in the sun. Interiors measure 300 square meters; the house accommodates a total of 12 adults and 1 infant.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a modern style with stone, modern tiled floors, and marble. The walls on the external side lend a today feel while the interiors have clean and sharp lines of décor: the six bedrooms are all of the minimal architectural design, yet very comfortable, this is a contemporary retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe. The colours of the sea have been incorporated into the living room décor, transforming the space into a year-round protected terrace: this dramatic residence in the island of Favignana was designed to stand up to and welcome the elements, seeing straight to the Mediterranean Sea. The interiors include a spacious living room, a sea view dining area with glass wall windows, 2 eat-in well-equipped kitchens.

This designer kitchenette is set in front of the sea view windows and features modern appliance with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and American coffee and espresso maker. It features all the professional tools for cooking, including professional pots and trays. The kitchen has direct access to the alfresco terraces and is suitable for aperitives or a more intimate breakfast, while the rest of the family or friends use the second and larger kitchen.

Nestled on a hectare parcel overlooking the coastline, this villa features private access to a rocky beach just 130 metres away and 14 metres from the garden chairs. Several terraces and alfresco areas enrich the property together with a large green field with sunbeds and umbrellas, it also comes with a BBQ area, outside showers and a large parking space. The villa is particularly suitable for children: the outside garden is protected with a stone fence and a metal gate before getting to the rocky shore.

Favignana has great energy that comes from mixing history with different people from all over the world. Eating out on holiday in Favignana is as much an integral part of your trip as sunscreen. One can’t truly relax until sitting back with a glass of wine in one hand and a menu in the other. A number of close-by restaurants and trattorias serve organic, local cuisine.
