The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained, flat garden laid out on a single level, an increasingly rare feature on Lake Como. Just three meters from the water’s edge, the garden is perfect for romantic candlelit dinners, long summer lunches, or quiet evenings. From the garden, guests enjoy direct access to a small private beach, offering an authentic and intimate connection to the lake.

On the ground floor, Casa Meridiana welcomes guests with a spacious entrance hall leading into a large, professional-grade kitchen, ideal for private chefs or culinary-focused stays. The generous dining room features magnificent lake views and opens onto inviting outdoor areas, while the bright lounge provides a comfortable space for relaxation and conversation. This level also includes a dedicated games room equipped with table tennis, a sofa, and a variety of toys, making the villa particularly well suited to families with children.

The first floor is dedicated to accommodation and privacy. Here, six air-conditioned double bedrooms are beautifully appointed, each with its own private bathroom, five with showers and one with a bathtub. Two of the double bedrooms open onto a furnished terrace overlooking the lake, offering a peaceful setting for morning coffee or quiet moments of reflection. In addition, there are two single, non-air-conditioned bedrooms connected to two of the doubles, ideal for children. Access to the bathroom for these single rooms is via the adjoining double bedroom.

One of the villa’s standout features is its elegant indoor swimming pool, which can be accessed directly from inside the house without stepping outdoors. The pool features a sliding roof and night-time illumination, allowing for year-round swimming, sunbathing, and evening dips regardless of the weather.

Casa Meridiana also benefits from private boat moorings, making it easy to explore Lake Como by water. The nearby Imbarcadero, a small harbor within easy reach, offers access to boat services as well as several lakeside restaurants, perfect for casual lunches or sunset dinners by the water.
