Castelletto Estate is a wonderful luxury estate rental nestled in the hills above Lake Garda near Brenzone, with amazing views. With stunning panoramic views over the lake, the estate provides accommodation for up to 20 guests across two beautiful villas within the private estate, the first villa with 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 and the second villa with 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8. These magnificent homes are set in a 21-acre private estate, with peace and tranquility guaranteed.

There are places where relaxation is tangible even before it is experienced. The Castelletto Estate is such a place: surrounded by olive trees, woodland and lake views, the notion of “leaving the everyday behind” is not just a hollow phrase – it is a logical conclusion. Feeling the air of Lake Garda here means breathing in relaxation. With the natural swimming pond, Finnish sauna, hot tub, herb garden, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and more besides, taking a break here is a genuine delight. After all, it’s the little things that make a holiday truly great and these too are pretty impressive.

The 6 bedroom villa is spread over two levels and sleeps up to 12 guests over 6 bedroom suites, each uniquely furnished and most with wonderful lake views. Built facing the lake, the heart of the villa is the wonderful living space complete with kitchen and dining area. This bright space is perfect to relax after a day exploring and visits in the autumn are made cozy thanks to a beautiful open fire. The modern country-style kitchen has a centre-island and comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up some local dishes, including oven and dishwasher. The dining table inside is handmade from nut wood and there’s an outside dining area too, perfect for a spot of al-fresco dining. There’s a barbecue too, great for some summer grilling.

The villa gardens take full advantage of the beautiful scenery and wonderful views of Lake Garda. Spanning several acres, the garden is filled with exotic plants such as banana and grapefruit trees and there are explosions of color dotted everywhere. The garden is also home to a peaceful natural swimming pool, an ideal spot to spend a day under the sun. And if you simply fancy relaxing after a day exploring, head to the Finnish sauna or the heated outdoor jacuzzi.

The smaller villa is an elegant and spacious home and is spread over one level. This villa accommodates up to eight guests over 3 bedroom suites, all with stunning lake views. The living area is the heart of the home and boasts a living room, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. There’s a TV room too and floor to ceiling windows flood the home with light. Step outside to the stunning terrace that spreads the length of the villa and boasts incredible lake views. The garden is a wonderful spot to spend lazy days and features a private pool as well as a relax area under the olive trees. There’s plenty of space for dining outside and the terrace is equipped with a barbecue too.

The estate is composed of the two villas as well as a private home. Each home is independent. The Estates are 50 meters from one another and the estate owners live around 200 metres from the villas and are available for any assistance although you won’t be disturbed during your stay. The villas are climate controlled with a natural ventilation system throughout keeping the properties warm in autumn and cool in the summer. The larger villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms. The gardens have many unfenced walls and drops and may not be suitable for small children. Children should always be supervised in the garden area.

Located on the east coast of Lake Garda, The Estate is directly above Castelletto di Brenzone, a charming village directly on the shores of Lake Garda. There’s a nice selection of restaurants here as well as small supermarket and the lake ferries stop here twice daily. There is an ancient roman path that passes the villa and heads straight down to Castelletto as well as up to the mountain village of Prada. It’s a steep walk over a stone path and takes around 15 minutes. Give yourself a little longer coming back up. A car is required here. The location is hillside and is around 5km by car from the village of Castelletto di Brenzone. The access road to the villa is a steep gravel road (around 600 metres). Please make sure you are confident driving and we highly recommend a sturdy vehicle. There is parking available.

The owners take great pride in being able to own and live on a property that is both stunning and which lives in harmony with the area, using natural materials, building well systems, having a natural pool, bees in the garden and utilizing the most natural sources of clean energy and water that they can in order to preserve the beauty of this incredible Estate.
