The amazing Villa Bideri is an Italian retreat located in a secluded and private area, perched up on the Amalfi Coast right in the centre of the village of Praiano.The Villa has a perfect location to explore the Amalfi area: 6.5 km to Positano, 8 km to Amalfi, 30 km to Pompei and 70 km to the Naples Airport. Villa Bideri is located just a few steps from the restaurants, bars and main shops. You will find the nearest restaurant 50 mts away, the SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast – Sorrento line – is a few meters away and the nearest beach is within easy walking distance. Surrounded by large terraces with Mediterranean plants and flowers, the villa boasts impressive views of the sea from Salerno bay to Capri, and Positano to Amalfi. About 150 meters from the villa begins 2 paths of steps that descend to the 2 main beaches of Praiano, one is near the Saracen Tower and the other is the Gavitella beach. Both the beaches are a 7/8 minutes decent down the steps. Here you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and there is also a restaurant and a bar.

The entrance is only few steps from the main road (67). A beautiful white staircase brings you inside the property. You’ll access a large terrace with lemon trees and take in a first impressive panoramic view of the coast. The terrace is equipped with chairs, a stone barbecue and a pizza oven at the guest’s disposal. Lunch and dinner can be taken overlooking the incredible vista of the Amalfi Coast, in the next terrace adjacent to the main living room. A staircase leads to a second terrace where you can find another set of table and chairs and a beautiful bed of roses. The same staircase leads to the amazing private pool (18 x 5 mt) set on a large terrace paved with natural stone and lined with white columns. There is also a shower, toilet and a mini-bar at this level. The pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost. From the pool terrace there are incredible views of the sea, the coast and the islands of Li Galli.

Villa Bideri blends perfectly with the natural surroundings, the house is a true Amalfi style building: all white with arched windows and columns. The property is spread over 4 floors. 3 Floors are at guests disposal: a lower floor, a ground floor and a tower up to the front door, which is accessed independently. The first floor of the building (between the ground floor and the tower) will be kept closed. The main access is from the terraces on the ground floor. there are the public rooms opening to a long terrace runing all around the floor with covered and uncovered areas to eat or sit and relax. An extensible curtain allows you to enjoy this area in every moment of the day. At the sunset or in the evening the cool breezes blowing from the sea will make perfect a dinner or a drink to sip in.

The ground floor consists of: a shady terrace runs all along the floor, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer with ice maker, large oven, microwave and dishwasher, laundry (washing machine can be used only by the staff); a powder room; a large living room with sofa and a cozy study area facing on the terrace; a dining room opening on the terrace. The dining room has a large table with glass top, seats 12, the room is decorated with original fragments of columns and Roman remains. The main floor is furnished with antique furniture, a marble table, a grand piano, sofas and a fireplace. The villa offers up to 8 bedrooms and accommodation is spread across the main residence and the villa’s Tower, where select bedrooms enjoy a more private setting within the estate.
