Villa Vetrichina was born as a country farm in the 1700s and is now a luxury vacation rental in the enchantment of the Val d'Orcia Tuscany. The proximity of the thermal waters and the village of San Casciano dei Bagni make a stay in this corner of Tuscany a unique experience of its kind, a place where you can rediscover the tranquility of the past because time has no dimensions here.

The villa has been enlarged and enhanced over the years and has recently undergone a complete restoration, to create a contemporary country estate, while remaining faithful to the original design, with the use of natural materials from the area. The structure can offer accommodation in 6 double bedrooms all equipped with private bathroom, to accommodate 12 people not only in spaces in which to sleep, but in real intimate places where it is possible to abandon oneself to the many nuances of this dream land.

Inside the large park, you will find a spectacular infinity pool, the garden that offers various points of relaxation and the forest in which it is immersed. Guests will enjoy the cool air, while in winter the warmth of the house, enriched by the warmth of the fireplaces, will make the atmosphere magical.

Everything in Villa Vetrechina smells of peace, magic and ancient flavors that our chef will be able to make you taste and is aimed at making guests experience an authentic timeless experience, also wanting in the company of their four-legged friends who are here welcome. We love animals and our mascots are Silver and Diana Aussi, but there are also foxes and deer that live in the area.

Structured for entertainment and relaxation, it is divided into five zones. The dining room with a large table in fine wood, a pallet fireplace adjacent to the equipped kitchen and access to the garden with the pool terrace. A sitting room and relaxation area with books, TV with satellite channels and video cassettes for small children. Externally, on the side of the sitting room, a pergola in the shade of wisteria, with a table for 8 people, particularly appreciated on hot summer afternoons for an afternoon aperitif. The sleeping area with the rooms “Le PAPERE”, “ISOGNI D'ORO” and “I MONELLI” where adults and children stay in total serenity and privacy. A second external sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms "Il PIZZO and "La TURQUESA" completely independent and private with respect to the rest of the house.

Going up a comfortable staircase you reach the Salone del Gran Camino, large, panoramic, bright, equipped with comfortable and large sofas to accommodate the whole family or a large group of friends. A pallet stove for cold evenings brightens the atmosphere with the pleasure of the flame, while the TV with satellite channels and DVD complete the entertainment service. A beautiful, covered terrace offers the opportunity to sip a glass of wine and local specialties in front of the natural spectacle of our forest. On the same floor there is access to the elegant rooms "La DAMABIANCA" and "Il BARONE ROSSO".

Upon their arrival at the Villa, guests will find a welcome basket with fruit, homemade desserts, and drinks, while in the pantry tea, coffee, pasta, and tomato sauce will provide for the basic food needs while waiting for the shopping. The welcome dinner will help guests become familiar with the place and the staff and introduce them to the atmosphere of the holiday. Daily maid service is provided for 2 hours in the morning (excluding Sundays). The bed linen will be changed once a week (Saturday), while the bathroom towels will be changed twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday).

The Val d'Orcia, included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO in 2004, and the Val di Chiana best express the combination of wonderful natural features and the result of the people who have lived there over the centuries. The gentle hills, covered by a dense vegetation of vineyards, olive groves, cypresses, beech, and chestnut groves, interrupted by ancient settlements of medieval origin, are the scenario that has captivated us.
