Once an important agricultural estate comprising more than thirty working farms, the property flourished under the ownership of the distinguished Bargagli family of Siena during the 19th and 20th centuries before undergoing an exceptional restoration that carefully preserved its historic character while introducing modern luxury throughout.

Perched atop one of the estate's scenic hills, Villa Scuola enjoys sweeping views across the surrounding valleys and countryside. The villa is one of only three intimate residences sharing this privileged location, offering a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just moments from the estate's restaurants, wellness facilities, and recreational amenities. Spanning two thoughtfully designed levels, Villa Scuola comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two inviting bedrooms, including one king bedroom and a second bedroom with two queen beds.
