Six bedrooms are arranged across the ground and first floors, providing accommodation for up to 12 guests within the main residence.

The two-bedroom cottage features an elegant lounge with a fireplace and upright piano, alongside its own kitchen, while one of its bedrooms benefits from a separate entrance and private patio. The beautifully renovated two-bedroom barn offers forest views and a panoramic veranda – an irresistible place for an evening aperitivo or a glass of Chianti Classico. Completing the accommodation is the private studio, a light-filled hideaway for two with floor-to-ceiling windows, a coffee station, writing desk and walled patio.

Days at Il Prato can be as slow and relaxed or active as guests choose. At the centre of the grounds is a 15-metre swimming pool, while a private gym and hammam create space for wellness without leaving the estate.
