Villa Sofia is an oceanfront vacation rental in the resort village of Lu Impostu near the town of San Teodoro in northeast Sardinia. It is very easy to get here from Olbia Airport, as it is only 20 km away. The two-story luxury villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people, each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Villa is designed in a contemporary style and covers approximately 250 m2 of space with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a small technical room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator.

From the Villa you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. Large private area with a well-kept garden of about 6.000 m2, pine grove and a small sandy beach. In the courtyard there is an outdoor shower and a sunbathing area. Villa Sofia is located in a gated cottage village surrounded by a pine grove by the sea. The house is located next to Lu Impostu beach and the tourist village of Puntaldia, where there is a marina, a golf course, tennis courts, shops, markets, restaurants and other services. In the vicinity of the villa is the famous Costa Smeralda coast and the best beaches of northern Sardinia. We recommend visiting the nearby beaches in this area: Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Salina Bamba, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Suaraccia. Around 8 km from the Villa there is the center of San Teodoro, where you will find all kinds of entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, as well as a souvenir night bazaar on all the central streets.
