Villa Simona is a luxury vacation rental in Porto Cervo, Sardinia nestled atop the prestigious Miata hill, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This exclusive retreat, situated in the heart of Costa Smeralda's most coveted locale, boasts unparalleled vistas of the majestic Maddalena archipelago, captivating the soul with its breathtaking beauty. Impeccably designed to meet the highest standards of construction. The property enjoys lots of great privacy, which is great for those who don't want peeping eyes.

You access through the gate and reach the parking area (two covered spots and one uncovered spot). Entering, you find the sea-view living room with a fully equipped open-space kitchen to the left. Adjacent to the kitchen there's a laundry area and a guest bathroom. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double) with sea view. This bedroom doesn't have its own bathroom. On the opposite side, on the right, there is the master bedroom with sea view. The master bedroom also has an outdoor shower.

Outside the living room there is the sea-view relax area with a swimming pool 30 meters long, perfect for swimming. Adjacent to the relax area there is a dining area with a table for 14 people and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. On the lower floor, which can be accessed by external stairs or through the entrance gate without using the stairs, there are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own entrance, two of which are internally connected in pairs (the two doors between each pair of bedrooms can be closed), each with its own bathroom (the sinks and showers of these bathrooms are opened). These 4 bedrooms overlook the garden. All the bedrooms' bathrooms have showers.
