The villa has a bright and elegant living room overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen and four bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. An annex a few meters away offers another bedroom with its bathroom. There is also a staff dependence with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry. This villa, designed by the architect Giordo, has a bright and elegant living room overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is an amazing swimming pool with a beautiful view of the coast and a large furnished terrace where to spend relaxing moments. There is also the covered area in the highest part of the villa with large windows and a breath-taking sea view, which make it the ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners, sheltered from the wind. The property is surrounded by a large well-kept Mediterranean garden and on its roof area boasting panoramic views. There is parking for four cars.
