Newly renovated, this unique property is spread over three levels and is sited in an oasis of privacy with a commanding view over Cala de Volpe and beyond.

The villa consists of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, one of which is a staff bedroom. The villa’s main floor includes a spacious living/dining area, an equipped kitchen, large panoramic terraces with dining and sitting areas, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa features a master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, bathroom and private terrace is all on the villa’s top level. The lower pool level includes two additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a home theatre, equipped fitness room and hammam, a staff bedroom with bathroom and laundry room

Surrounded by a meticulously manicured garden, the villa boasts an 18-meter swimming pool with a large sun-bathing terrace and a custom-built Jacuzzi positioned above a granite barbecue. The master bedroom suite occupies the top level, featuring a walk-in closet, bathroom, and a private terrace. The villa also features a theater, an equipped fitness room, and a hammam, ensuring guests have access to a variety of luxury amenities. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom, and a laundry room on this level.
