Villa H2O is the most exclusive vacation rental property in Sardinia, located in Puntaldia, on the north-eastern coast of the island. The villa offers some of the most stunning views on the beaches of Lu Impostu and La Cinta. The large, fully fenced, private estate is about 8 hectares with a manicured garden with Mediterranean vegetation and sculptures of modern art goes directly to the sea (Pied Dans L’Eau). The Villa features 7 main and one guest bedroom with most having en-suite bathrooms.

In the garden there is a tennis court, a helipad, private parking, 3 swimming pools (one for children, one with seawater with upstream swimming and one in the gym), 3 jacuzzi, botanical garden, home cinema, gym and a SPA-center with a hammam for 10 people, chromotherapy, tropical waterfall and Scottish shower, massage room. The prestigious villa consists of a main building with a master bedroom with its own bathroom, three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The villa is decorated with elegant designer furniture.

In the first guest house, next to the pool, there are two more double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The second guest house in the park has another double bedroom with the possibility to add 2 more beds, bathroom, kitchenette. There is also a staff room with its own bathroom, professional kitchen and laundry.

There are two outdoor terraces in the park for outdoor dining. In the covered grill and barbecue area there is a beautiful 16-seat juniper table with bar, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, and great sea views. A panoramic walkway leads to the villa’s private beach, fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
