Villa San Remigio in Lake Maggiore is a gracious vacation villa with pool sitting very proudly on a hilltop in Pallanza with panoramic views of Lake Maggiore. This prestigious villa once belonged to the domain of Villa San Remigio and is now rented out by the private owners for a truly incomparable vacation. The extensive grounds are probably the largest you’ll find in any property by Lake Maggiore with incredible 180° views throughout the property. And the views only become more impressive as one climbs further up this three story villa!

The Villa San Remigio (600 m²) has been carefully renovated maintaining its historical structure with high-reaching ceilings, a grand solid oak staircase, wonderful parquet oak flooring and beautiful period and antique furnishings. In combination with the latest added mod-cons it creates a magical and comfortable space in which to relax and rest your mind. Accommodating up to 18 people in 9 bedrooms it’s the ideal venue for a large group or family reunion. The main floor features an elegant living room with sofas and open fireplace. Dining room. New fully-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and barbecue area along with billiards room are available to the guests. The first floor is surrounded by a balcony with beautiful views overlooking the garden and the lake. All the rooms have large windows opening out onto the balcony. At the center of this floor is a sitting room with comfortable sofas and TV. All the bedrooms are arranged around it, bedroom with double and single bed and ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower), bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with tub, toilet.

On the second floor is a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and adjoining small room (optional) with single bed, a bedroom with single bed, two bedrooms with double bed as well as two bathrooms. Villa San Remigio is nestled within an expansive 15,000 m² park that gently cascades across terraces and landscaped levels down toward the shores of Lake Maggiore. The gardens are dotted with multiple outdoor dining areas and peaceful picnic spots, offering a mix of sunny lawns, shaded retreats, and secluded corners perfect for daydreaming while taking in the lake views. Set on a quiet residential hillside just 1 km from the charming center of Pallanza Verbania, the villa offers both privacy and easy access to local shops, cafés, and restaurants. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks along the lakeside promenade or hop on a ferry to explore Lake Maggiore’s highlights, including the Borromeo Islands, Santa Caterina del Sasso monastery, Angera Castle, and even scenic excursions into nearby Switzerland.

The villa is wheelchair accessible, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and its generous grounds are ideal for hosting intimate events or celebrations of up to 40 guests.
