The property accommodates up to 16 adults and several children across two independent structures, ensuring both space and privacy. The main villa, measuring approximately 950 square meters, unfolds across multiple levels and blends timeless Italian elegance with contemporary comfort. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a grand living area with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the lake, a dining table seating up to 16 guests, a cozy TV lounge, and a modern guest kitchen.

The first floor is dedicated to the main sleeping quarters and features two refined master suites with walk-in closets and fireplaces, along with three additional ensuite bedrooms offering lovely views over Lake Como and the charming village of Torno. The top attic level adds two further suites, including a double bedroom with arched windows overlooking the lake and a twin bedroom located beside a dedicated children’s playroom, making it ideal for families traveling together.

Set directly at the water’s edge, the boathouse adds an entirely separate living experience. This 200-square-meter structure is perfect for a family or guests seeking additional independence. The upper level hosts a complete guest apartment with kitchen, living area with cinema projector, shower room, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The lower level of the boathouse is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a games room with billiards and ping-pong, a TV area, bathroom, and direct internal access to the lake itself.
