The Villa Laurenza in Lake Como is a beautiful vacation rental with amazing lake views sitting on the shorefront, with wonderful access to the lake. The Estate is characterized by its elegant and contemporary furnishings and offers spacious and highly comfortable accommodation for 11 to 14 people in 7/8 bedrooms (440 m²).

The villa is spread across several floors. The ground floor features a bright living room with couches around the fireplace and TV, billiards table, a wide dining room accessing the lakeside terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with small double beds (140 cm wide), 5 Bathrooms with shower, and a covered terrace overlooking the lake. The second penthouse floor is composed of a living room, with kitchenette, leading onto a sunny, panoramic terrace. There is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double sofa bed, and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the basement floor are a gym room, bathroom, and wine cellar.

The villa is set in a marvelous private park bordering the lake with its own boat dock. In the garden there are plenty of places to sit back and relax while staring over the lake, the lawn is meticulously maintained, and the swimming pool is surrounded by a deck with sun loungers and chairs. In a separate recreational building the kids will love the ping pong table, table football and other games.

Situated in the lovely hamlet of Vassena, Oliveto Lario, along the Lake Como shoreline, you conveniently have in walking distance a few bars and restaurants, convenience store, boat and kayak rental. It’s a great base to explore this magical lake at 14 km from the lively lakeside town of Lecco with plenty of shops, and only 8 km from Bellagio. Well-known as the pearl of Lake Como, Bellagio is a small picturesque village with many cafes, restaurants and craft shops, and ferry departures towards all parts of the lake.
