Villa S in Croatia is a modern, three-level vacation rental designed for luxury living and effortless relaxation. Located on the south side of the island of Korcula just 3km from the heart of Prizba the villa offers uninterrupted views of the Adriatic and direct access to the sea via a private mooring and rocky entry. Korčula island is considered to be one of the world’s top island destinations. Beautiful beaches, small surrounding islands and dense forests, it offers an incredible scenery in addition to that the island offers a rich cultural heritage with many places to visit and explore.

Spread across 1,000 square meters of property, with 500 square meters of stylish interiors, the villa was thoughtfully crafted to host up to 12 guests in absolute comfort. The villa has six bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. Bedrooms are spread between different floors, and the ground floor houses one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. The first floor consists of a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sea views. Three more bedrooms, all with king-size beds are placed on the second floor and the sixth bedroom is located on a lower ground floor, closer to the sea. The villa’s interior is modern and gravitates around the open-plan flow. Contemporary design anchored by oversized sliding doors that open the living area directly onto the terrace. The spacious living area includes a plush lounge, a modern dining space, and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen that caters as easily to casual meals as it does to gourmet dinners. The entire home is fully air-conditioned and features underfloor heating for comfort in all seasons. High-speed Wi-Fi and LCD TVs are available throughout, and private parking is included.

Villa S’s living area provides direct access with the shimmering 50-square-meter infinity pool that appears to spill right into the sea. Framed by a sleek stone deck, this terrace is lined with chic loungers and parasols—ideal for sun-drenched afternoons. Just steps away, a separate seating area invites lazy mornings with coffee or sunset cocktails with friends. A winding path leads directly from the terrace to the rocky shoreline below, where a private sea mooring and stone sunbathing platforms await. Whether you arrive by boat or simply crave a swim in the crystal-clear water, this direct access to the sea is a rare luxury.
