The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors, with three rooms on each level. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the remaining rooms offer flexible twin or double configurations. Each bedroom opens onto a private terrace with uninterrupted sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the beauty of the Adriatic every morning. One bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, while an elevator connects all floors for added convenience.

The ground floor hosts the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling glass doors frame stunning views of the bay and allow natural light to flood the interior. This spacious open-plan area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, an elegant indoor dining table for twelve guests, and a stylish living room with a bio-ethanol fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable seating. The indoor spaces flow seamlessly onto the expansive outdoor terrace, creating a perfect connection between indoor comfort and the natural surroundings.

Outdoor living is a highlight of Villa Neptun. The spacious 350 m² terrace features a heated infinity-edge swimming pool measuring 11 x 3 meters, surrounded by sun loungers and lounge areas that overlook the turquoise waters of the Adriatic. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and dining area for twelve invites guests to enjoy relaxed al fresco meals under the Mediterranean sky.

Just below the villa, guests can enjoy a nearly private beach area with a sun deck and a floating dock equipped with moorings, perfect for arriving by boat or exploring the surrounding islands by yacht. The calm bay and clear waters make this location ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of island life.
