Fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating throughout, Villa Vista Maris is perfectly suited for both summer holidays and shoulder-season stays. Clean lines, natural materials, and floor-to-ceiling glass define the design, allowing light and sea views to flow through every corner.

The outdoor area is a true highlight. A striking 72 m² private heated swimming pool takes center stage, surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with loungers, shaded lounge seating, and an outdoor dining area ideal for long lunches and sunset dinners. The main entrance leads into the ground floor living area, where the fully equipped modern kitchen, elegant dining space, and comfortable living room come together in an open-plan layout.
