The private estate spans approximately 1,450 m², with two elegant residential modules occupying 670 m² of beautifully designed interior space. Villa Noble is spread across three levels—basement, ground floor, and first floor—and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in six king-size, ensuite bedrooms.

The villa’s unique layout, divided into two identical residential areas, makes it an excellent choice for extended families or groups traveling together while still enjoying space and privacy. Each residential module features its own fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living room, designed with clean architectural lines, warm materials, and large glass openings that connect the interiors with the outdoor terraces. On the ground floor, open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly onto the terrace, where outdoor swimming pool invites guests to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy long alfresco meals overlooking the surrounding greenery.

The basement level connects both residential modules and serves as the villa’s wellness and entertainment hub. Here, guests will find an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna, creating a private spa-like environment ideal for year-round enjoyment. For leisure and fun, the game room offers a PlayStation 4, billiards, table football, and darts, making Villa Noble equally appealing for families, friends, and multigenerational groups. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which is dedicated entirely to rest and relaxation. All six bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
