Set on a spacious 1,080 m² plot, the villa features 330 m² of beautifully designed living space spread across two levels. The outdoor area is the heart of Villa Nikita. A large heated infinity pool appears to merge with the horizon, offering uninterrupted sea views and unforgettable sunsets.
