Villa Eterna is a luxury vacation rental in Kastel Luksic, a suburb of Split, Croatia and it is a great accommodation for up to 12 guests. This is new, modern vacation villa, offering perfect blend of elegance, classic style, comfort, and privacy while being only 18 km from the center of the tourist city of Split.

Villa Eterna offers 470 sq.m. of residential space, spanning three floors and expansive gardens with both playgrounds and relaxation areas. The outdoor area is really impressive, guests will find beautifully landscaped gardens with heated swimming pool, multiple outdoor lounge areas, summer kitchen complimenting the outdoor dining area our favorite – a thoughtfully designed playground area – with everything from a trampoline, a boccia field to children’s playground area. A summer house with a well-maintained vegetable garden is at guests' disposal as well.

The indoor areas are made for comfort and give this homey feeling one needs when away. The main entrance of the house lead to the living area, there is also a fully equipped kitchen from which you enter a modern living room and an indoor dining area. The sliding walls of the living room and living area provide direct access to the pool terrace. The house offers six bedrooms, distributed across different levels of the house, three double bedrooms, all air-conditioned, 2 with shared balconies and a shared bathroom with a shower are located on the first floor of the house. The other three bedrooms (two double and one bedroom with two twin beds) are on the second floor along with additional living area and small kitchenette with balcony.
