Direct access to the sea and a private dock further enhance the experience, allowing guests to fully enjoy the Adriatic from their doorstep.

Inside, the villa is designed with a focus on space, light, and functionality. The ground floor hosts a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor areas. This level also includes a sauna, gym, wine cellar, and a guest toilet, offering a complete private retreat experience within the home. Villa Dorida accommodates up to eight guests across four ensuite bedrooms located on the first floor. Each bedroom features a king-size bed that can be separated if needed, making the villa ideal for both families and groups of friends. The villa is fully equipped for year-round comfort, with air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout.
