Each of the four villas—Bura, Ostro, Maestral, and Levanat—has been designed to capture the spirit of the Adriatic. Together they can host up to 18 guests, with interiors that blend refined stone and wood textures, artful lighting, and modern furnishing and clean design. Multiple indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art wellness center, and expansive terraces encourage seamless living between the indoors and nature.

The estate’s wellness zone is an oasis of rejuvenation, featuring hammams, saunas, jacuzzies, ice baths, massage and beauty rooms, and Technogym-equipped fitness spaces. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a private cinema, billiard room, and music lounge, or unwind in one of the villa’s elegant wine cellars. Outdoor living areas extend across vast terraces overlooking the sea, complete with dining spaces, lounge corners, and two sports courts for tennis and soccer. Scenic walking paths wind through the landscaped gardens, leading to direct sea access for swimming or private island-hopping excursions arranged by the concierge.

Bedrooms are spread between different villas as follows: Villa Bura (450 m²) is a tranquil sanctuary featuring a large living and dining area, billiard room, sauna, ice bath, and outdoor pool. Upstairs, a luxurious bedroom suite opens onto a sea-view terrace. Villa Ostro (680 m²) is a home to a luxury living and dining area, music lounge, and private wine cellar. A spacious suite with a terrace and sea views crowns the upper level, while an attic study offers peaceful seclusion. Three more bedrooms (each with terrace access and dressing rooms.) can be found in villa Maestral (870 m²) and the last four bedrooms are hosted by Villa Levanat (450 m²) a beautiful and equally luxurious property. The basement for the villa is a true Spa sanctuary, featuring indoor pool, sauna, hammam, beauty rooms and more. Ostro, Maestral & Levanat are only available for rent as a combination due to shared facilities but guests can benefit and if smaller company is interetsed Villa Bura could be rented separately.
