The villa unfolds across four levels of beautifully appointed interiors, where contemporary design meets warm Mediterranean touches. Spanning approximately 300 m² of living space on a generous private estate, the property features five elegant bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, with additional space for two more on a sofa beds.

A large heated swimming pool sits just steps from the sea, surrounded by sun loungers and multiple terraces designed for all-day enjoyment. A private path leads directly to the beach and dock, allowing effortless access to the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic.
