Spanning approximately 395 m² of interior space with a 500 m² outdoor estate, the villa has been thoughtfully designed for families and groups seeking style, comfort, and space. Contemporary interiors are filled with natural light, while expansive glass openings frame sea and island views throughout the home. Multiple terraces invite guests to move effortlessly between indoor living and open-air relaxation in true Mediterranean fashion.

Elena’s Place accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The layout balances privacy with generous shared spaces, creating an inviting setting for longer holidays or celebratory escapes. The outdoor areas are designed for unforgettable days under the Croatian sun. A private heated swimming pool takes center stage, surrounded by loungers and terraces perfect for sunbathing or evening cocktails.

For wellness and relaxation, the villa also features a private sauna, offering guests their own spa-style retreat after days spent exploring Dubrovnik or island hopping along the coast. Whether returning from the beaches of Orašac, a yacht charter to the Elaphiti Islands, or a walk through Dubrovnik’s marble streets, the villa offers the perfect place to unwind.

For larger groups Villa Elena's Place can be rented with Villa Frida's Place which is located next to it and offer possibility of accommodating larger groups - in total spacious accommodation for 20 persons.
