Spanning approximately 400 square meters of interior living space across a ground floor and three upper levels, Villa Aqua Vista accommodates up to 20 guests in ten beautifully appointed bedrooms. The villa features nine bathrooms and two additional guest toilets, offering comfort and privacy for both families and groups of friends. Interiors are bright and contemporary, blending clean architectural lines with soft coastal tones and high-quality furnishings.

The open-concept living areas are designed for relaxation and socializing, with generous lounge spaces, elegant décor, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
