Can Pardalet is a lovely vacation home for those looking for more than the ordinary on the coast of Ibiza, Spain. This beautiful holiday villa located within the exclusive urbanization of Vista Alegre, on the South Coast of Ibiza. One of the most desirable locations in Ibiza for its privacy and security. Spacious open plan, with amazing views and very luminous with a modern iconic style. Livingroom with fireplace, dining table, the kitchen is modern open plan full equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer unit. Direct access to the 40 m2 infinity pool with beautiful sea views.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a terrace with sea views and bedrooms 2 and 3: with access to terrace and splendid views. As well the property has a separate bathroom. In the guest house you find Bedroom 4 with a double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the pool on the ground floor. Then we have Bedrooms 5 and 6 on the first floor there are two bedrooms en-suite. The guest house can be accessed from a separate entrance, so it is not necessary to have contact with the main house to enter or leave, creating greater privacy if you share.

Chill out area, where you can relax and sunbathe by the pool, with sun loungers in the shade, a large alfresco dining area with sea views and numerous plants that create a pleasant atmosphere. The house is perfect for families or groups looking to get away together.
