The main living area extends to an outdoor terrace and fantastic pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A poolside casita offers shade and comfortable seating, perfect for long, leisurely lunches. Set on seven hectares of Mediterranean gardens, the property features century-old olive trees, manicured lawns, and breathtaking views of the rolling green hills. The impressive pool area is artfully integrated into the landscape, surrounded by pine trees, large sofas, and inviting daybeds. The 18-metre salt-filtered pool is gentle on the skin and eyes. A nearby pool house features a fully equipped summer kitchen and gas barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. Deeper into the woods, a secluded terrace provides the perfect spot for yoga or meditation.

At the heart of the villa, an airy lounge is bathed in sunlight from a retractable skylight and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing fresh air to circulate freely A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth on cooler nights. Beamed ceilings, honey-colored stone, and pebbled floors create a harmonious blend of natural textures. The open-plan kitchen and dining room serve as the villa’s heart, featuring wooden ceiling beams and stainless-steel accents. Equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, the kitchen includes two sinks, two fridges, a Quooker hot water tap, and an osmosis-filtered drinking water tap. A long breakfast table overlooks the garden, while a covered outdoor dining area offers picturesque views of San Miguel church. A wood-burning fireplace enhances the ambience for atmospheric dinners on warm evenings. The cinema room is designed for comfort, featuring plush sofas, a large screen, and a high-end entertainment system.
