Villa Magnolia has very spacious and elegant interiors totaling 460 sq metres of living space, that sit beautifully within the 12 hectares of lush pine forest that surrounds it, located in rural Muda and within 5-10 minutes to Carvalhal and Pego beaches. The accommodation at Villa Magnolia comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms plus a self-contained apartment, which is ideal for guests who want to travel with their own private staff or for teenagers wanting some independence. A deluxe master bedroom on the first floor benefits from a large private terrace looking over the infinity swimming pool and has a super spacious bathroom, with panoramic windows over the surrounding countryside. All the other bedrooms and the apartment have their own secluded outdoor sitting areas.

A massive living room has a double height ceiling and all-around floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowing for masses of light to pour in, with a minimalist style sitting/dining areas opening onto decked terraces on three sides for dining “al fresco”, swimming and sunbathing or just chilling out! Olive trees, Mediterranean shrubs and aromatic herbs frame the long infinity swimming pool and decked terraces; with the lavender and rosemary giving off wonderful aromas day or night. Being south facing, the villa enjoys bright sunlight right through to sunset and the gardens are floodlit at night; so different terraces provide magical spaces to relax in at different times of the day.

WARNING NOTES: Due to unprotected drops from some terraces and the infinity pool, glass French windows and low tables with hard corners, this property is not ideal for toddlers and young children must be supervised.
