Now listed as a historical building and a famous landmark on the Armação de Pêra coastline, our renovation was committed to retain as many of the original elements as possible: a unique wooden floor, antique chandeliers, and a spectacular staircase were all lovingly recreated. This is gated property consists of two guest buildings, The Red Chalet the White house, a large sea-view terrace, a newly added heated pool and wellness area. Multiple seating areas, sun-drenched lounges, and shaded nooks invite lazy mornings, sunset cocktails, or private dinners to the sound of the waves. Red Chalet provides a true Algarve experience. From your doorstep you can wander directly down to the beach or into the historic center to discover the traditions and flavors of the region. The terrace is built into the seawall, giving the impression of a stay upon the ocean itself. Despite its central location and the comforts of contemporary luxury, the secluded villa offers an evocative escape, a chance to journey back to simpler times in an authentic alternative to the modern hotel experience.

Step inside the main house and feel the connection between past and present. A large, fully equipped open kitchen flows into a bright living and dining space, framed by oversized windows and opening onto a vast seafront terrace paved in warm terracotta. Upstairs, a charming staircase leads to two elegant ensuite bedrooms and an intimate living room where guests can savor panoramic sea views in total comfort. The White House is contemporary annex and offers airy aesthetic with white-washed wooden floors, soft textiles, and splashes of color. Designed as a self-contained duplex suite, it features an ensuite bedroom and terrace upstairs, plus a stylish living room on the main level. A studio bedroom with its own ensuite shower room makes the White House ideal for additional guests or multi-generational stays.
