The traditionally built Villa Melmastia is situated only 200 m from the Lighthouse of Mykonos, on a very private location with beautiful views to the Aegean Sea and surrounding area. The 480 m2 deluxe residence is extending on three levels and is fitted with a deco fireplace and beamed ceilings. It has 9 separate bedrooms, which may comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, and stretches in a beautiful plot of 4,000 m2. It features 2 living rooms with sofas and flat-screen TVs as well as 2 kitchens with dining areas which complete the expansive interior area. In the outdoor area, a garden, a Jacuzzi and a BBQ may be found while free private parking which is available on site. Villa Melmastia is an excellent choice for large groups of guests who seek absolute privacy.

The property expands on 3 levels. The pool level features a spacious open plan kitchen, a breakfast area and the main living room which opens to the pool area with the outdoor lounge and dining areas. 4 bedrooms may be found on this level, one of which has a separate entrance (wheelchair accessible bedroom and bathroom). The upper level features the master suite which opens to a private Jacuzzi area on the back balcony with wooden deck and sea view. The lower level features the second (assisting) open plan kitchen and the second living room and breakfast areas, 4 bedrooms (one of which master) and a garden outdoor lounge.
