An authentic Provencal style property surrounded by a beautiful, landscaped garden with stunning views of the valley and towards the sea at Gigaro. A large pool with jacuzzi feature to sit and enjoy a cocktail al fresco. Large terrace above and below with summer kitchen facility and gas barbecue, perfect for summer parties. This villa has everything to offer for a calm retreat from the summer crowds, yet close to St. Tropez life, and close to the pretty villages of La Croix Valmer with all its amenities, and Ramatuelle. The beaches of Pampelonne, Gigaro and La Croix Valmer are all nearby. During the day, you will probably only hear the birds singing, and the water flowing down from the jacuzzi to the swimming pool. The garden is gorgeous with olive trees, palms, honeysuckle, red and white begonias, laurels, roses and birds of paradise abound.

The Ground Level has an Entrance hall with a fully equipped kitchen and utility room to the right. Living and dining area with sliding doors leading to beautiful and covered spacious terraces all around. Guest cloakroom. The left wing has two bedrooms: a master suite with ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a children’s bedroom with separate shower room and separate water closet. Each bedroom opens to the terrace. The lower ground level has two further bedrooms with double beds, sharing a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate water closet. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace and garden, with access to the pool.

There is covered parking for two vehicles. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed internet and satellite TV. Outdoors you have a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, shower, gas BBQ grill and a fridge. Petanque court on lower level.
