From the moment of arrival, the chalet makes a strong impression with its expansive forecourt, multiple garage and carport spaces.

The main living level is positioned to fully capture the surrounding views and serves as the social heart of the chalet. Here, a spacious living area (approx. 48.9 m²) flows into a dedicated dining space (approx. 38.4 m²), both opening onto expansive terraces overlooking the mountains and the outdoor pool below. A fully equipped designer kitchen completes this level, creating an ideal setting for both relaxed family living and elegant entertaining.
