Inside, the spacious open-concept layout is bathed in natural light, featuring modern coastal interiors, vaulted ceilings, and large windows framing the bay views. The inviting living room boasts a stylish fireplace and cozy seating, ideal for quiet evenings or relaxed conversations. The chef's kitchen is beautifully appointed with sleek, matte black cabinetry, brass hardware, high-end appliances and a large center island that seats six—seamlessly flowing into the dining area with seating for ten and stunning lake vistas beyond. This vacation cottage is equipped with air-conditioning and a generator to ensure comfort in any season. The home’s light-filled bedrooms offer a tranquil atmosphere, with soft palettes and curated décor. Sandy Beach Cottage offers six bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests. They are distributed between the three levels of the house with the primary bedroom, featuring ensuite bathroom and walkout, is located on the upper level.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy level, sandy beachfront ideal for swimming and water play, along with clear waters perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding. Multiple seating areas offer spots to gather or relax, and children will love the on-site play structure nestled amongst the trees.
