The cottage is situated perfectly to experience the most of Muskoka! Only a 10-minute drive to both Port Carling and Bala, and 30 minutes to the larger towns of Bracebridge and Gravenhurst. In Port Carling, indulge in the many cafés and restaurants including York and Mason, Tulo's Taqueria, Turtle Jacks (on the water) and Mooskoka's Ice Cream Parlour! Enjoy various small shops and boutiques in the downtown core or venture into Bracebridge or Gravenhurst to find all your needs at the big box stores.

The heart of the property lies in its main cottage, where a fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, including a built-in Miele coffee maker, dishwasher, and a sleek fridge/freezer—ideal for crafting morning espressos or gourmet family dinners. A large central island with stool seating makes this a hub for conversation and connection. Adjacent is a romantic dining room featuring two plush bench seats and six upholstered chairs around a crisp white harvest table, all set beneath an elegant chandelier and beside large picture windows framing beautiful landscapes. The cottage has plenty of space and offers multiple cozy nooks for all the guests. A cozy family room, features an L-shaped sectional and flat-screen TV—perfect for family movie nights or curling up with a good book. Step through sliding glass doors to access the sprawling back deck, offering beautiful views of the lake and treetops beyond. The Muskoka room is a true highlight, enclosed with oversized windows and boasting vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams. Outfitted with two wicker sofas, ottomans, and a sleek coffee table, it offers seamless walkouts to both the front yard and rear deck.

The sleeping arrangements are as flexible as they are comfortable. Five bedrooms are located throughout different levels of the main cottage, providing privacy and restful retreats. Bedrooms six and seven are housed in the detached Bunkie, which also features a full bathroom, cozy sitting area, kitchenette with a mini bar fridge, and a sink—an ideal private space for teens, in-laws, or a second family traveling together.

Outdoors, the magic continues. A rooftop boathouse patio lets you soak in all-day sunshine with panoramic views of the lake—whether snow-covered in winter or shimmering in summer. The boathouse itself adds charm and functionality, situated just steps from the main residence.
