This exceptional estate includes both a grand main cottage and a stunning boathouse, offering six bedrooms in total. Inside the main cottage, you'll find four bedrooms spread across two levels—two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms—each designed with comfort and elegance in mind. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is bright and spacious, opening into a welcoming Great Room with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful stone fireplace, and panoramic lake views. The adjoining dining area is ideal for family meals, while the cozy entertainment room with built-in bar invites evening cocktails and movie nights.

The boathouse is a showstopper in its own right. Bathed in natural light thanks to walls of windows, it houses two additional bedrooms—one on the main level with a kitchenette and full bathroom, and a second above with its own private living space. A massive rooftop deck crowns the structure offering a relaxing place to soak in the lake’s serenity. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of on-site parking for four vehicles, including a Tesla charging station, air conditioning throughout the property, and a backup generator for peace of mind. Outdoor amenities include a shared tennis court, a firepit surrounded by classic Muskoka chairs, and a fleet of watersports gear including a kayak—making it easy to stay active or simply relax by the shore.
