Perched on Lake Muskoka, Sun Salutation offers supreme boating access to the Big 3 (Muskoka, Joseph and Rosseau). Enjoy close proximity to the "hub of Muskoka" - the town of Port Carling. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee from Beveragino or York and Mason and then peruse the downtown boutique shops.

The beautifully landscaped property leads down to the water’s edge, where tiered gardens and illuminated pathways guide the way to the boathouse. The expansive dock boasts an exceptional outdoor living space complete with lounge seating, a shaded bar area with a Kegerator, outdoor fridge, and mounted TV—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or soaking up the sun with uninterrupted lake views. Outdoors, the experience continues with multiple decks and terraces, al fresco dining areas, and a cozy fire pit surrounded by colorful Muskoka chairs—a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the lake.

Inside the main cottage, guests will find a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring premium built-in appliances including a Miele fridge/freezer, two Bosch dishwashers, a six-burner GE Monogram Range with griddle, an undercounter microwave, and a striking granite island with five teak bar stools. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats ten and is filled with natural light, while the cozy living room with an L-shaped sofa invites conversation or family movie nights. A dedicated games room, complete with fireplace lounge, shuffleboard, vintage pinball machine, and a bar area, adds to the cottage’s entertainment appeal.

With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, Sun Salutation accommodates up to 10 guests in style. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house, including the luxurious primary suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, sofa, TV, ensuite bathroom, and walkout access to a shared balcony. Two other bedrooms also offer king-size beds, while the remaining two are appointed with queen-size beds. The fifth bedroom resides in the coach house, which also features a private bathroom, a gym on the lower level, and an open-concept living space with a kitchenette—ideal for guests seeking added privacy or a quiet retreat.
