Positioned atop a gentle, meticulously landscaped slope with southeast exposure Kismet offers renters the best of privacy and proximity! With very minimal boat traffic, you will be sure to make the most of what Muskoka has to offer. The Rosseau Farmers Market, Clevelands House waterski show and the ever-popular hub (Port Carling), are only a 6, 14 and 27 minute drive respectively!

Kismet offers serene privacy, lush surroundings and granite pathways lead down to the waterfront, where the boathouse deck invites you to sunbathe, swim, or launch a day of boating adventures. Inside, the Main Cottage features 4 of the home’s 5 bedrooms, spread across the main and lower levels, accommodating up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, two with queen beds, while the upper-level Bunkie loft offers two double beds accessed by ladders—perfect for older children or adventurous guests. A total of six bathrooms ensures comfort and convenience for all.

Designed for gathering and entertaining, the open-concept kitchen is a showpiece with high-end Thermador appliances, a massive center island with seating for four, and a beverage fridge. A hidden butler’s pantry includes a second full-size fridge and extra storage space, ideal for hosting. The adjoining dining room and great room are bathed in natural light from oversized windows, with two large couches, Smart TV and a gas fireplace providing a cozy yet elegant setting. Beyond the main living spaces lies the Muskoka Room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a stone fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire with views over the lake. A separate media room is outfitted with an 85” TV, surround sound system, and a large selection of DVDs—ideal for movie nights or rainy-day lounging.

The guest house is equally well-equipped, offering a private living area with a large custom sectional and a queen pullout, a built-in kitchenette with microwave, beverage fridge, and sink, plus a gym and private sauna—ideal for relaxation after a day on the lake.

Additional amenities include air-conditioning, a backup generator, Wi-Fi throughout, and parking for up to seven vehicles.
