Only a 1.5-hour drive from Pearson Airport and 15 minutes from Port Severn for essentials. 20 minutes from picturesque Honey Harbour on Georgian Bay. 35 minutes to Port Carling and other Muskoka attractions. For winter fun, you are 25 minutes from Mount St Louis.

This expansive retreat offers 10 bedrooms and is tailor-made for large family gatherings or group getaways, accommodating up to 22 guests across a sprawling main cottage and a well-appointed bunkie. With a private dock, sandy beach entry, and a host of outdoor amenities, this property delivers the ultimate Canadian cottage experience in a peaceful, east-facing setting. Surrounded by mature forest and opening onto a wide stretch of lawn, the main cottage features soaring ceilings, a wall of windows with lake views, and a welcoming great room with cozy seating, a large TV, and open-concept flow into the dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop and electric oven, and a massive island with seating—perfect for entertaining and meal prep. A spacious dining area offers plenty of room for group meals. The main level includes the primary bedroom with a private ensuite, while the additional bedrooms are split across the upper and lower levels to offer privacy and flexibility for families. Downstairs, guests will find a generous relaxation room featuring a second lounge area / games room with air hockey table—ideal for evening fun or rainy-day retreats.

The adjoining Bunkie is a fully independent space, featuring its own cozy living area with sectional sofa and TV, a compact kitchen with a full fridge and microwave, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an upper-level loft-style sleeping space—perfect for teens or extended family members.

Outdoors, the experience is just as impressive. A massive deck overlooks the water and leads down to a private dock, perfect for sunbathing or launching into the lake. A sandy beach area makes swimming safe and enjoyable for guests of all ages, while three kayaks, a canoe, paddleboat, and stand-up paddleboard ensure there's no shortage of lake adventure. A volleyball net spans the grassy lawn for friendly competition, and in the evening, guests can gather around the firepit surrounded by Muskoka chairs, roasting marshmallows under the stars.
