Located just minutes from Bracebridge, this custom-built, four-season family lake house is a remarkable retreat with seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 14 guests. The main cottage houses five of the bedrooms, while the remaining two are located in the boathouse, which also includes a full bathroom, a cozy kitchenette, and a charming seating area. A separate Bunkie offers a creative escape for younger guests, ensuring everyone in the family has their own place to unwind.

The interior is elegant, featuring large open-concept spaces, oversized windows, and refined designer furnishings. Great room with exposed beams, a towering stone fireplace, and forest-framed lake views anchors the heart of the home. Just off the living area is the state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with a spacious island and breakfast bar, high-end appliances and separate pantry. The kitchen flows effortlessly into a dining area designed to host memorable dinners. The screened-in Muskoka Room offers an ideal spot for relaxed evenings, while a separate lounge with foosball and cozy seating keeps younger guests entertained.

Outdoors, the grounds have been newly landscaped! Stone paths lead to a two-slip boathouse and a lakeside firepit, perfect for stargazing and roasting marshmallows. Decks with glass railings ensure uninterrupted views of the open water, and the expansive dock invites you to swim, sunbathe, or dive into Lake Muskoka’s clear waters. Water depth ranges from 5 feet off the ladder to 12 feet at the end of the dock, with a jump gate on the upper deck for the adventurous. Guests can enjoy inflatables, a water trampoline, kayaks, two canoes, and two stand-up paddleboards. There's also a bocce ball court that overlooks the lake.
